Pesto, Pasta and Plantui

During my 12 months use of Plantui it is exciting to show how much people are interested about Plantui, what to grow, how to grow and how is it with the taste? Personally I like to grow Asian based Tatsoi, Shiso and Pok Choy salad and when adding flavours I like the most Basil, Thai Basil,Basil Lemon and Coriander, which flavours and usability with salad, pasta, soup and fish food are particularly super.

One of the easiest and fastest food & wine combinations could be Pasta, where you can add an infinite amount of different choices of sauces. Pesto sauce recipe below might be one of the most common as well as a aubergine-mozzarella sauce, which can be dressed up with Italian wines like Bardolino Classico or Del Palio Merlot Delle.

Merlot has a deep purple color, violet and black olive aromas combine to produce a hint of vanilla based on oak barrels ripen. Aging brings tobacco and chocolate tones. Merlot grapes grown in the north east of Venice. Bardolino Classico is medium-bodied, cherry, delicately and spicy.
