Healthy leafy cabbage with pretty ornamental leaves.
Cabbage varieties have been a superfood for centuries: they are very hardy and fast growing. Cabbage varieties have been cultivated since Greek and Roman times.
This leafy cabbage variety is named “Lacy” thanks to its lace-like leaves. The ruffled, dark blue-green leaves look as if you were cultivating cute palm trees in your indoor garden.
Leafy cabbages are high in vitamin C, calcium, iron and protein. And the taste is lovely! Mild leafy cabbage nicely complements salads, soups, pastas, casseroles and omelettes.
