Red cabbage Microgreens contain plenty of vitamins C, E, K, carotenoids, calcium, potassium and magnesium.

Product information

Microgreens tray has four blocks. Pour the contents of one seed bag into one block. At the same time, you can grow different Microgreens. Cover the sown seeds with lids, then leave them in place until the seeds have germinated.

Microgreens will grow and be ready for use in a week or two. Harvest them by cutting with scissors or a sharp knife – leave about 1 cm stem on the tray.

Microgreens taste like their adult versions but with a more intense and fresh flavour. Use Microgreenin tortillas, soups or smoothies, or enjoy them just as they areYour imagination is the only limit!

Don’t let Microgreens grow for more than 2-3 weeks, as after this their taste will diminish. Microgreens should be used immediately after cutting. If thats not possible, keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a couple of days.

When the microgreens have been used, wash the seed tray. There’s no need to change the water after each round of growing, just sow a new batch of seeds and let them germinate. Wash the indoor garden and top up with water as required.
