Mizuna is an elegant, fast-growing leafy vegetable, widely cultivated in Japan.
Mizuna leaves can be used as is in salads, or, for example, in omelets and stews, on pizza or just tossed in the pan with some garlic, lemon juice and soy sauce. Yum!
Growing time: 3-5 weeks
Cutting and harvesting: Cut at the base of the plant
Capsules in a package: 3 pcs + plant nutrient
Mizuna sprouts in a couple of days and can be harvested in 2-3 weeks. Harvest by cutting the outermost parts of radish near the base. New growth takes place in the mid section of the plant.
