Pak Choi or Pok Choy, also known as Chinese mustard, is a combination of the aromas of cabbage, spinach and mild mustard. Succulent, crispy Pak Choi can be used as is in salads and smoothies, particularly when the leaves are young. Slightly larger leaves can be cooked in a wok or added to soup. 

Be sure to cook quickly and in moderation, if you want to keep the leaves crispy. Pak Choi is packed with vitamins A, C and K.

This plant will need an extra height block  in addition to the default 2 blocks which the device is shipped with.
How to cut: Prune by cutting off the outermost leaves at the base of the rosette. See pruning guide here.
When to eat: You can start eating while the plant is growing. Don´t cut it all so that it can continue growing.

Additional info:

Pok Choi sprouts in three days and can be harvested in 3 weeks. Harvest by cutting the outermost parts of Pok Choi near the base. New growth takes place in the mid section of the plant.
